The Muktananda Dhyana Saptah
September 27
The Muktananda Dhyana Saptah is a one-day event dedicated to the practice of meditation, a core Siddha Yoga practice. This special event provides Siddha Yoga students with the opportunity to spend a day in silence, cultivating a deeper connection with the divine Self through meditation.
Throughout the day, participants will engage in extended meditation sessions, reflect on the teachings of the Siddha Gurus, chant the Siddha Yoga mantra, and practice silence.
Participation in the Muktananda Dhyana Saptah requires having attended at least one Siddha Yoga Shaktipat Intensive. This event is specifically designed for students with an established meditation practice, offering a unique opportunity to deepen their practice in the scared environment of the Ashram.
