The Siddha Yoga Ashram Manhattan is offering Hatha Yoga classes as well as the recitation of Shri Guru Gita.

Whether you are new to these practices or seeking to deepen your experience, these events offer practices to support your journey on the Siddha Yoga path.

We warmly invite you to participate and experience the transformative power of these sacred practices in the supportive and serene environment of the Ashram.

The flow of the day is:

    • 60 minutes of Siddha Yoga Hatha Yoga:
      • Begins: 9:30am – 10:30am
      • Fee: $15
    • Amrit breakfast
    • Recitation of Shri Guru Gita:
      • Begins: 11:30am – 12:30pm

What to Bring:

    • Water bottle
    • Please bring your Nectar of Chanting Book or your Shri Guru Gita Pocket Edition.  
    • Asana
    • Please bring comfortable clothing
    • Hatha Yoga mats and props will be provided.  If you prefer to bring your own, you can.
