Introduction to Siddha Yoga Meditation

There is power meditating in a group setting.
Meditation is the practice of turning our attention inward. When we still the mind in meditation we are drawn, like bees to honey, to the presence of God within. Touching this Truth, our restlessness ceases, and we are flooded with a sense of our own perfection and divinity.
This three-hour event includes guided instruction on the essential aspects of Siddha Yoga meditation, such as posture, breath, and mantra. Participants will also engage in sharing, journaling, and Siddha Yoga Hatha Yoga stretches.
All meditators are welcome, including those new to meditation.
