DESCRIPTION:A Day of Siddha Yoga Practices is a wonderful way to immerse yourself in the Siddha Yoga practices and offers a unique opportunity to deepen your connection with the Self within. Throughout the day\, participants engage in the recitation of Shri Guru Gita\, meditation\, chanting\, selfless service (Seva)\, study\, darshan\, and Dakshina\, cultivating an experience of grace and inner joy. \nEach “Day of Siddha Yoga Practices” has a special focus.
