Through asanas (postures) and breath awareness\, Hatha Yoga supports a deeper alignment of body\, mind\, and spirit. \nShri Guru Gita (The song of the Guru) is a sacred indispensable text that describes the profound bond between the Guru and disciple. It is a harmonious composition; its 182 stanzas in varied verse patterns beautifully describe the importance of devotion to the Guru.
