Description

Families with children up to 12 years of age are warmly invited to participate in this Day of Siddha Yoga Practices for Families to celebrate the Siddha Yoga holiday of Mahashivaratri, the great night of Lord Shiva.

In this satsang, participants will learn about Lord Shiva and practice mantra japa, repetition of the mantra.

Teens are welcome to attend with their family and participate by offering seva.

Preparation
Please bring a journal for each participating family member.
