Description

The Siddha Yoga Ashram Manhattan is offering a series of six Hatha Yoga classes as well as the recitation of Shri Guru Gita.

Hatha Yoga, a foundational practice that cultivates strength, flexibility, and balance in the body while calming the mind and preparing it for meditation. Through asanas (postures) and breath awareness, Hatha Yoga supports a deeper alignment of body, mind, and spirit.

Shri Guru Gita (The song of the Guru) is a sacred indispensable text that describes the profound bond between the Guru and disciple. It is a harmonious composition; its 182 stanzas in varied verse patterns beautifully describe the importance of devotion to the Guru. This powerful practice deepens our connection to the Self.

Whether you are new to these practices or seeking to deepen your experience, these events offer practices to support your journey on the Siddha Yoga path.

We warmly invite you to participate and experience the transformative power of these sacred practices in the supportive and serene environment of the Ashram.
